Annual or Endowed Scholarships and Awards
The Marine Institute holds two scholarships and awards ceremonies annually, one in the Fall semester (November) and one in the Winter semester (March). These events mark two of the most joyous days on the MI calendar. Students, parents, scholarship and awards donors, faculty and staff all coming together in shared celebration.
Scholarships and awards can be established by friends and colleagues honouring a loved one’s legacy. They can be established by our industry partners, furthering their shared commitment to advancing participation and excellence in the oceans economy. And they can be established by faculty who have dedicated their careers to helping their students achieve.
